2026-present

• Solano Community College District and Solano College Faculty Association have both agreed to extend the previous contract until June 30, 2028 with provisions listed below.

  • Rolling Contract

    • pay increase, time and quantity of future article modifications, MOUs listed below

  • Summer Office Hours MOU

    • increase in Summer office hours

  • Article 17 MOU

    • earlier notification of assignments

  • Article 19 MOU

    • cancellation of assignments, load calculations, RSI requirements, SLOs, compensation/workload/student attendance accounting alignment, college service

  • Article 23 MOU

    • adjunct RSI requirements and compensation

  • Article 28 and 4 MOU

    • peer evaluations
