Below are the salary schedules for Solano Community College faculty. Underneath each schedule are any changes from the previous years salary schedule and any other pay related changes. 

2026-27

  • Adjunct Salary Schedule

    • +2.87% from the previous year; all classes are now paid to the maximum hours (i.e. 54 semester hours per 3 unit lecture or 54 hours per 1 unit lab) regardless of actual scheduling; peer evaluations are now paid at 2 hours of CAT3 pay

  • FT Counselor Salary Schedule

    • +6.87% from the previous year; peer evaluations are now paid at 2 hours of CAT3 pay

  • FT Faculty Salary Schedule

    • +6.87% from the previous year; peer evaluations are now paid at 2 hours of CAT3 pay

2025-26

  • Adjunct Salary Schedule

    • no changes from the previous year; there was a 9.4% budget surplus repayment paid to all SCC faculty based on their previous years’ earnings and current employment status.

  • FT Counselor Salary Schedule

    • no changes from the previous year; there was a 9.4% budget surplus repayment paid to all SCC faculty based on their previous years’ earnings and current employment status.

  • FT Faculty Salary Schedule

    • no changes from the previous year; there was a 9.4% budget surplus repayment paid to all SCC faculty based on their previous years’ earnings and current employment status.

    • +14.27% from the previous year across all categories; there was a 9.06% budget surplus repayment paid to all SCC faculty based on their previous years’ earnings and current employment status.
